Project Evaluation

The success of this project will be measured through student and family feedback, visual impact, and community engagement. Photos of the decorated stage and the moment flowers are given to families will document the project's impact. Additionally, we will gather informal feedback from graduates, families, and staff to assess the emotional and symbolic value of this effort. A summary report with photos and testimonials will be shared with FOSD to highlight the positive effect on the graduation experience.

Proposed Budget

Keizer Florist offers large bouquets ranging from $60 to $200 each. To enhance the graduation stage and provide flowers for families, we plan to purchase five large bouquets, estimating a total cost of approximately $800. Given OSD’s current budget constraints, external funding is essential to cover these costs. If awarded, the funds will be used solely for floral arrangements to ensure a meaningful and visually impactful graduation experience for the Class of 2025.

Project Timeline

June 12th (Thursday): Preparation day – setting up floral arrangements on the graduation stage. June 13th (Friday): Graduation Day – celebrating the Class of 2025 and presenting flowers to families. FOSD is warmly invited to attend and witness this special occasion!
